What we collect

When you run a diagnostic, we store the business name, industry or offering, any website or social/marketplace URL you provide, the diagnostic scores, basic referral/UTM information and the submission time.

If you unlock the full result, we also store your email address and, only if you choose to provide it, your WhatsApp number.

Your email may be associated with more than one separate business profile. Each profile keeps its own audit snapshots, paid status, report history and benchmark cohort.

If you purchase the 7-Day Action Plan, we retain the payment status, amount, ToyyibPay bill/transaction references and transaction timestamps. We do not collect or store your online-banking credentials.

How we use it

Submitted business information is used to generate and improve the AIAudit.my diagnostic and personalised action plan. Email and WhatsApp details may be used to associate and provide access to your result, and for relevant follow-up about AI visibility or related services.

Payment is processed by ToyyibPay. Transaction records are used to verify payment, unlock the purchased result and handle transaction-related questions.

Paid reports use a private unguessable link. We store a one-way hash of its access token, along with immutable recheck snapshots and rule-based peer-reference measurements, so you can compare progress over time.

What we do not do

We do not ask for passwords or account access. AIAudit.my is an independent diagnostic and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta, TikTok, Shopee or ToyyibPay. ToyyibPay is used only as the payment processor.

Retention and deletion

We keep only the information needed to operate, evaluate and improve this beta. Payment records may be retained where needed for transaction, accounting, dispute or legal purposes. You may request deletion of other submitted information by contacting the AIAudit.my operator through the contact channel where you received this tool.
